I have Cache childcare qualifications and have had extensive experience of shared and sole charge with single babies, twins and older children, and have good knowledge of weaning and toilet training, and understand the stages of development, working with children to encourage their physical and cognitive development. I have worked as a holiday club leader, setting up and running the club for children from 3 months to 12 years, so am used to organising fun activities to encourage development and a sense of security in the child. I am very organised and enjoy interacting with older children, helping them develop and learn, and am used to keeping children of different ages entertained. I love to cook healthy meals (my Dad is a chef!) and have a fun, but patient manner. I am very flexible and discreet. I am looking for a live out position, i have also had considerable experience in the field of special needs, and have looked after young adults with autism and epilepsy as well as physical disabilities. I have a current CRB and first aid certificate and can provide recent references.
