I have my Level 3 in childcare and have 2 years experience working in a nursery in Norwich caring as a key person for children aged 0-5 years old yet also have experience working with older children and additional needs children so cover a range of ages. I have my level 3 first aid and also have taken part in tiny talk (British Sign Language) training. I think the most important part of caring for children is ensuring they have good wellbeing alongside supporting their development and watching them grow.
