I first started babysitting 7 years ago for a family who had just had their first child. This job was casual and I would, typically, babysit at weekends and, occasionally, during the day in school holidays. I started looking after their daughter when she was a year old, when the mother started working again.  Now I look after the little girl and her brother. In December 2014, I began assisting a family who have three sons aged eight, six and four. These are usually the longest babysitting assignments I have and necessitate me cooking the boys dinner, bathing them and putting them to bed, all of which I am happy and confident to do. February 2017 to May 2017, I was working as a teacher assistant in a secondary school in Swindon as part of my course. For the second half of the summer term in 2016, I worked in a preparatory school and nursery. Throughout this time I worked with the 2-3 year olds during the school day and after school I helped to assist the after school club with children ranging from 2-7 years old.
