I am responsible, reliable, authoritative, yet fair. I work well with children and have 3 younger siblings which I have been involved with the care of from a young age, I continued to study child care and health and social at level 2 whilst in secondary school then I continued my studies in child care at college level 3 whilst doing work experience and sports and nutrition studies. After qualifying as an early years practitioner I’ve worked in schools, nurseries , homes and abroad with children of all ages (new b-adolescent) I understand every child is individual and has different abilities and levels of development which I can easily adapt too the level of support each child needs and guide them in the right direction if nessicary.
