Childcare in Southsea

| I have over three years worth of nannying experience, I’ve worked as a nanny part time along side being Cabin Crew for British Airways. I am first aid trained and trained in basic life saving skills. My mum has been a childminder for over 30 years so I’ve always been around children and seen child care first hand from a very young age.

| Having worked with children since I was a teenager and having recently finished working in a nursery alongside my teacher training, I am confident in my childcare abilities. I am trained in paediatric first aid and DBS checked as of August 2023. I have experience from 5 months up to 14 years and I'm willing to care for up to three young children and more older children. | I've been working with kids other 3 years now, I was used to pick them up from school, do homeworks, bathing them and make dinner. I was also in charge of speaking English with them because i used to work in France, I'm totaly bilingual. I love working with kids, by doing activities with them, there are creative and this is what i like about being a Childcare. I like the way there are being amazed by simples things just like me so most of the time I get on well with kids. ( I also have two little sisters which I was in charge sometimes so I'm used to kids). I was sometimes in charge of cleaning the house at the same time. | I've worked in a nursery for the past 3 years. I have many relevant qualifications including an NVQ Level 3 in childcare an education. My first aid training is up to date. I have a clean CRB/ DBS. Can a lot of babysitting and received a lot of positive feedback from the parents I've babysat for. I've also done a lot of voluntary work. I'm just going to mention a couple examples of extensive, however please feel free to ask me if you want more information about the voluntary work I've done. I was a mentor for young people with special needs at theatre company, I helped out a Christian summer camp for children and I read with children at a school on a weekly basis. At the moment I'm studying speech language and communication science at Portsmouth University.

| Hello, my name is Lauren and I have a Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People's Workforce after working within a Nursery. I have always been loving and caring, so I decided to use these qualities to start a career working with children and have now been nannying since 2014! I'm extremely comfortable with animals and happy to include them into our daily routine. To give you some background on myself, I gained my NVQ Level 2 in Childcare back in 2014 and then a few months later started two part time nanny jobs, one of which I stayed with for 4 years until their second child went onto nursery. In the time since then I have worked for many other families of different ages but most recent, before falling pregnant in 2020, worked with two twins who were 12 months old at the time. I have my own car and recently have achieved my full automatic driving license, along with my own two car seats (one of which is full rear facing for up to 4years old) and love to go out on adventures and trips. I am ideally looking to bring my son with my to work, who was born at the end of April 2021 and find a long term position where I can grow with the family and their needs.
