Nannies in Daventry

I am an outgoing, caring and hardworking child carer, I am capable of working independently or within a team and am able to communicate with people at all different levels. I can follow any instruction given. I enjoy the challenge that children bring.

| I am naturally outgoing and sporty so love organising activities for kids to do outside. I have spent the last 3 summers with the same family of 3 young boys aged 4,7 and 9 and organised lots of activities for them. I was with them during covid so helped them with their online teaching too.

I have ad 25 years experience in Childcare apart from the extra looking after my own 2 children who are now 29 and 31. I started off working in a Play Group where I was a Supervisor. I studied as a mature student while working in my first Nursery. I have had several roles in Nurseries, working my way up to Management level. I have had my own Childminding Business for 9 years. Over the last 5 years I have changed my Ofsted Certificate to Nannying. I do prefer to Nanny as I like the Relationship you build up with the Whole family. There is something very special about working with Children and watching them grow emotionally and socially and helping them to achieve the most in life.

| I have had 3 years experience working with young children in a nursery setting providing professional care for a wide range of children with different needs and abilities ranging from babies aged 6 months to children aged 5 years. I love teaching children and helping them to grow and enable their full potential. I am very family oriented and have a wide range of home life skills.

| I am a 20 year old student at Oxford University able to provide Nannying services full time over the summer until October. I have previously worked for Lord and Lady Spencer at Althorp house for over a year, in this time providing care and support for many children including an 8 year old. This included cooking, helping with homework, playing piano and entertaining playdates.

| I have just returned from working at a sleepaway summer camp in the US for two months, where- along with my co-counsellors- I took on parental responsibility of 25 girls. I lived in a cabin with them to take care of any need they had from morning to night- and even in the middle of the night. My role was vast and included guiding the children through homesickness, making sure they were eating well and playing games with them during our free time to name a few. I also taught cooking skills to children across the camp which has always been a passion of mine. A longstanding hobby of mine since childhood as been athletics, competing at a high level as a teenager. I am still a very active person who loves running around and being outdoors. I have just graduated with a 2:1 in BA American Studies and History from the University of Nottingham. I come from a large family with young children and have loved looking after my younger family members from a young age. I'm looking to work at least 30 hours per week. I am happy to prepare meals but not general housekeeping.

| Hello. I am British and grew up in England but I’ve just ended living in the USA for 15 years. My last employers were in the US military and the mother was an RN recovering from her night shifts. I provided physical activities, arts and crafts etc. to keep her 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter (who both have ADHD) busy, stimulated and happy. I have also worked for a married couple who were both doctors - I looked after their 2-year-old son since he was a few months old, I also cared for their daughters since each were 4 months old. My forte is getting any baby to be on a scheduled cycle of 2 hours asleep, then eat and 2 hours awake, then repeated and all without a pacifier. I worked at Childcare Development Center in Washington state, USA. I am energetic, thoughtful, creative, maternal and use my initiative to tidy/clean/cook and decorate.
