Nannies in High Peak

| I am Level 3 qualified and have been working in a nursery now for 5 years, 2 years training, and 3 years working. I would like to now work on my own and make progress and be more independent.

| I have 2 teenage daughter's, I have been working as a register childminder for 15 years to enable me to care for my own children whilst still being able to work. I have gained many skills in teaching early years, children learn through well thought out games and activities. I have a current first aid certificate plus Ofsted reports to support my qualifications. As my family has now grown up, they no longer need me at home as much I now feel I can offer families childcare within their own home. Which can offer mum and dad flexibility, and also implement a good routines for children. I can also help with potty training, bedtime routines and other behavioural problems. I have my own transport with a clean driving licence.

| Hi! My name's Nikki and I am a qualified teacher. Upon leaving University in 2021, I worked in a nursery for 4 months with children between the ages of 18 months- 4 years. I was responsible for changing nappies/helping potty train, preparing snacks, serving dinner, cleaning and preparing activities and provision for the children. I then decided to become a supply teacher to gain more experience in schools. It was through this that I was paired with a school who I settled with. I would work in all classes ranging from ages 4-11, often in different years throughout the day. This required me to teach lessons on short notice, mark work and enforce behavior management. The school also had a nursery where I spent a lot of time with children aged 2-4. This was similar to my last nursery job requiring similar responsibilities, however I would also introduce writing, maths and problem solving to the aged 3-4 children; preparing them for school. I love interacting with children through play and using their interests as a way to teach them about the world and help them develop. | I am a mum of 2 children ages 14 and 10, I’m loyal, loving,incredibly patient and hardworking. I am qualified level 3 diploma in early years and have been in practice for the past 6 years. I love my role and everything that it comes with the ups and downs. I treat the the children I care for as if they was my own. I’m a very gentle person with a good heart and are happy to support family’s in my area. I am first aid trained have certificates in safeguarding and speech and language also have current dbs. I love to be outdoors and keep busy day to day this is the first time I have looked into nannying so this is very new to me yet,somthing I know I would thrive doing!
