Nannies in Mole Valley

I have previously Nannied for three families, one as a Live in nanny with 4 children the second as a Daily nanny for 3 children and the third as a Daily nanny for 6 children. In addition to this I have worked in a nursery for two years working with children for birth-6 years. I have also completed a two year course in Exploring Early childhood, my Certificate 3 in children’s services (Equivalent to NVQ3 in UK), a qualification in assisting in nursing and I am currently completing my diploma in children services. Some of my duties within my previous employment include; Organising daily routine, preparing all meals, planning age appropriate activities, providing help for children with their education, nurturing children, performing nursery duties, driving children, observing children and helping them to build on their social, physical and emotional development. I thoroughly enjoy being a nanny, its a very rewarding job to see them grow and explore new surroundings.

I have been working as a Sole Charge Nanny for a family in Ockley, since Nov 2010. Initially working 2 days per week, quickly increasing to 4. However, due to the family's changing circumstances, I have dropped back down to 2 days per week, and now sadly, I will finish on 24th July 15. When I started, the children were aged 6 months and 2 years. The family had a third child and the 3 boys are now aged 18 months, 4 years, and 6 years. I have cared for the youngest child since he was 24 hours old. I have built up a close relationship with the whole family and have extremely strong bonds with the children in my care. I am a confident, reliable, caring, and fun-loving Child Carer, who copes well under pressure and remains calm in all situations. I am a competent driver, currently I drive a 7 seat 4x4, provided by work. I find my job, as a Nanny, extremely rewarding and enjoy helping the children to learn, grow, and develop through nurturing loving care. I like to involve the children in a wide range of activities from an early age, such as cookery, crafts, music, dress up, parks, soft play, beach, and farm trips. I love my job and am looking for a similar role, where I can support another family and become a part of the family.

As well as working as a nanny/house keeper for the past 3 years, I also worked as part of a team at two Dorking based nurseries and previously ran my own childcare business. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Surrey Safeguard Training. I am DBS registered and have a full driving licence.
