Childcare in Morden

| I am a passionate, caring, friendly and energetic Sociology with Psychology graduate, level 3 child-care qualified with a current DBS and First Aid Certificate. I have a passion for working alongside children and unfortunately coming out of the childcare work environment (due to a change of career) I still want to fulfil my passion whilst participating in babysitting. I am fully educated on the EYFS and will be able to support children with development whilst implementing in in play, I love arts and crafts and exploring the outdoors.

| Hi. My name is Ella and I am currently a Learning support assistant (1:1) for a child with Autism. I have a lot of experience with children with SEN. I also have a lot of experience with young children. I have a Level 3 in Childcare and I know simple makaton and british sign language.

| I am highly experienced in the sector of childcare; I have worked in the same nursery for the past four years now and have enjoyed observing and supporting the children learn and develop over the time they spend with us. I started this nursery age fifteen as a student and worked at the nursery in my school holidays. I was offered an apprenticeship for when I completed my time at school, once I had finished school I began working full-time at the nursery and visited college once a week. A few months before finishing my apprenticeship I was offered the promotion of 2-5-year unit leader. I accepted this position and completed my qualification. After around three months of being room-leader, I did not believe this was successful and beneficial to the children being merged, therefore we separated the rooms back to toddlers and pre-school. I am now souly toddlers room leader and believe this separation has been very beneficial for the children and their individual development. I have 10 years of child care experience with an autistic child and plan on pursuing a career in pediatrics. I am very comfortable with pets and even have a little fur baby myself. | I have been working in childcare for nearly two years. At the moment working in a nursery with toddlers.
