Childcare in Hove

| I'm a 31 years old qualified nursery school teacher from Hungary. I live in Brighton for 7 years. I'm working in the nursery as an apprentice nursery assistant and aiming to get my Level 3 qualification in child care at the moment. I worked in the nursery setting, primary school and in the kids club in Hungary before. I was doing babysitting for 2 families in Brighton. The first was with a 1 year old little boy and a second was with the 3 years old girl. I'm working with the family right now. I provide them with after school care for 3 years. I take care of their 2 children; an 8 years old girl and a 10 years old boy. My duties include picking up from school, preparing healthy snack, helping with home learning, organizing play dates and occasionally preparing dinner. We do lots of play activities, crafting, reading and we love to go to the park together. As you can see I have experience with all range of ages of children. I love to be a help for parents and do the best for their children. Also I'm a registered childcare provider with the up to date DBS. I'm looking for families who needs help on the weekend with their children. I'm available for evening or over night babysitting too.

I have a full drivers licence and my own car so I am happy to provide help with pick up/drop offs. I can also cook so I am happy to prepare meals. Experienced with pets. In my spare time I am always looking for something creative to do, be it scrapbooking, making cards, writing, drawing, knitting or reading and I would love to incorporate these passions into my childcare! I am also happy to provide extra help with housework :) I work 8:30-4:30 Monday - Friday so I am available before 8:30am, evenings after 5pm and weekends I have a DBS check certificate with my current employer within the NHS, but I am happy to do this again.

My daily routine was picking them up from school and nursery, take them home, cook dinner and play till parents arrive. | I worked as a radiographer at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital for 10 years, I had a regular rotation through the children's imaging department as part of my role and was required to do first aid and basic life support training. Next year I will be starting a diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and need some part time work to support myself. I am ideally looking for babysitting work but I can also do school pick ups if the distance is walkable. I have previous babysitting experience and currently pick up my friend's 7 year old son from school once a week, give him dinner and take care of him until his mum gets home from work, so I am also happy with after school care, help with homework, dinner prep and bed time but would need to discuss rate if this is required. I have a passion for caring and helping people no matter the age. I am not a registered child minder and neither do I hold any qualifications in child care. But I am reliable, honest and trustworthy and I love to care for people of all ages. I have plenty of experience taking care of friends' children and can easily provide references. I have previous enhanced DBS checks from when I worked as a radiographer and will be renewing this shortly.
