Childminders in Rochester

My experience of child care has always been within the nursery setting working with children between the age of 0-5 years. I work with other colleagues and parents to care for children using toys, books, outings, technology, outdoor environment to engage the children. I am a qualified Montessori teacher and registered childminder and would like to start minding 2 days (Thursday and Friday). I would be using the EYFS curriculum and also the Montessori method.

| I provide a home from home environment that is a happy and safe place, filled with love and learning for all children including my own toddler daughter. My home nursery has a private garden and I am just walking distance from local parks, baby groups, shops, a leisure centre and a library. Home cooked healthy meals and snacks will be provided everyday, including drinks and water. I am extremely passionate about creating a positive environment for children, allowing them to build confidence and be themselves. I believe that children learn best when they are happy, healthy and safe! When their needs are met and they have positive relationships. To enable this, I will be using the EYFS guide daily whilst learning through play and I will be working closely with each parent/guardian to help give your child an amazing start to life..
