| Hi, my name is Hazel. I'm 40 years old and OFSTED registered Childminder, qualified nursery nurse Diploma. (Good in all areas). 6 years experience and references. (Hyde Cheshire) I live with my husband and little boy who is 10 years old. I offer a warm and friendly environment. I live in a terrace house with a large garden which backs onto a school & small yard. I offer a home from home experience. I have a single buggy also a double buggy, high chairs. I have 2 children who I look after one of which I have looked after since being 5 months old. I have a sand and water tray, lots of fun activities. I visit play groups, parks, library, childminding groups. I have gained my CACHE Level 3 Diploma and Level 2 where I studied at Ashton 6th form college. I am also a qualified nursery nurse. I have worked in a private day nursery and pre- schools and school settings. I have level 2 food hygiene, paediatric first aid, safeguarding, and child minders certificates. I have also gained full five points from environmental health inspection. Fees £4.00 per hour, over 15 hours a week. Under 15 hours, £5 per hour. I can offer *government free funding for 15 hours* to ages 3 and 4 years old and pending 2 year olds. Ages 0-11 years old. Open: 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Thank you.
