| I have been working with children for the last 17 years as an entertainer, a crèche manager, a nursery nurse and a childminder. I am French and love using my native language through games and play with children I look after. I love arts and crafts, taking children on outings and adapt to each child's abilities and individuality.

| I’m a 22 year old from Brighton, I’ve recently finished a college course at Plumpton College doing floristry, this is something I want to pursue and make a business out of. I work at Pioneer Childcare and have for a year now. I love my job and I love caring for children. Everyday is different so it’s never boring. On top of Pioneer I also work at a cafe at Varndean College for Adult Education classes.

My qualifications include Foundation degree in Primary Education, Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning & Development, Level 3 Home-based Childcare, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and an enhanced DBS. 'Deedee's House' is a homely setting, in Portslade, delivering fun, educational activities in a nurturing environment. I have a real passion about working with children and love seeing them grow, learn and find wonder in the world about them. My setting has lots of space to play and learn with a wide variety of toys, books and activities to take part in and a cosy bedroom for naps. We go outside every day, whether in the well resourced garden or to parks, farm, field and beach We also visit toddler groups, toddler gym and the library. I have 2 adult children as well as a 6 year old. My experience includes working in an 'outstanding' nursery, in Reception year at a primary school and 5 years childminding. I am confident in caring for children from birth upwards, whilst teaching them through fun, engaging activities linked to the EYFS. From £5 per hour.
