| During the week i work full time for the NHS in a child and adolescent mental health ward. Here i support children with issues such as anxiety, OCD and eating disorders. However, the job also involves lots of arts and crafts and fun stuff too! I have been doing this for the past two and a bit years and prior to this have worked in an early years nursery as a 1:1 for two children with autism. I also have a years experience in adult care. Due to my day work i am only free on evening and weekends. I am very comfortable caring for children from toddlers to teens, and feel able to deal with whatever situation may arise. I also have a degree in Psychology and want to become a fully qualified child psychologist going forward and am passionate about providing them with the best opportunities to grow and develop. | Hello, I am a young individual looking for a career change. For as long as i can remember, possibly when my eldest younger sibling was born I have loved to care for children. I have always been good with children having multiple younger siblings with a large age gap. My mum worked in a nursery majority of my time growing up and I regularly went to help out. Since I were 7 years old my family have been foster careers so being within a social care environment is something i am used to and my standard of care I would say is exceptional due to this. I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my friends and family in the meantime. I love to read and am very fond of Fashion and Textiles.
