After School Care Selby

| Hey My name is Bryony, I am 28 years old and currently live in York With my husband and my 3 year old boy (born 6/1/16) We are moving to the Selby in June 2019. I am hard working, enthusiastic and caring. My hobbies include photography and films. I have worked in nurseries for nearly 10 years. I have worked with all ages groups as well as after school/holiday clubs. I also have worked as a nanny for 3 years. 2 years with twin girls and then for 2 boys ages 1 and 3 years old. Before I qualified I worked as a youth leader at The Rock Church for their youth clubs, and energised. My roles were to look after a group of 6 children between the ages of 5 and 11, and lead them in team games and activities. In energised i helped to run and host stage events, social events such as indoor beach parties, break dancing lessons for children ages between 11 and 16. I also helped my parents run a party business, my roles were to run the games, Dj and to help set up and clear away before and after each party.

| Hi after working as a teacher for the the last 30 years at 57 I have recently taken early retirement.I would like to continue looking after children but without the demands of working evenings and weekends associated with modern day teaching. I live about 10 miles from York and am looking for a position that is a Nanny / Housekeeper several times a week; taking or collecting from school ( both morning and after school if in YO8) I would also be able to take the children to after school activities. I am a careful driver with no points on my licence. I can supply references and have a portable, enhanced DBS that you can access online. I am looking forward to starting my new career in 2019 and discussing with you how I could fulfil the duties you require.

| Previously, I have worked as an assistant practitioner at a nursery and preschool, providing care to children ages 0-5. During this role, I was also in charge of an after school club for primary school children, taking care of up to 13 children at one time. I have first aid training and an up to date dbs. Currently, I am a secondary school teacher, specialising in the subject of English.
