My wife has terminal cancer and early dementia. A crushed vertebrae, permanently dislocated right shoulder and IBS. She weighs less than 40 kilograms, has little body strength and needs assistance (lifting) from a riser chair to a wheelchair to visit the toilet and then help standing and turning to sit on the wc plus the reverse of this after. The only other requirements are company and the occasional cup of tea etc.
