Childcare Jobs in South Oxfordshire

I have 2 girls (3 and 6) and need childcare during the school holidays. Ideally this would take place in our home. Reading books, lego, painting, drawing at home, and some sort of outdoor play/exercise/walk.

We need an experienced carer to take care of our child for when I return to work sometime in February or March 2018. I expect to return to work for 3 or 4 days per week. We would like someone who is experienced, reliable and lives near Thame OX9, or Chalgrove / Stadhampton / Littlemore which are on my commute. Ideally a person who also looks after other children so that our little boy gets to interact with other babies/infants. Please respond if interested. We can't wait to hear from you!

The job would involve getting the children up and ready for school and taking the older 2 to the bus stop and youngest to the local nursery. The rest of the day to yourself until collecting the youngest from nursery at 3pm and the children off the bus at 3.50pm. Then cooking the children a simple tea, reading and helping with homework until their dad gets home normally 5:30pm. As I will be working shifts, this would only be for 3/4 days. If I'm on nights. I may need some flexibility with some of the days routine. My shifts are planned months in advance so days / hours needed would be known. I will need someone who would be happy to work from 6 am as needed and happy to be flexible.
