Our after school childcare is closing so initially we require a nanny who can collect our eldest daughter from school at 3:15, take her home and remain with her until I can be home at about 17:30.
As our eldest has ADHD and emotional difficulties it is really important for us to find someone who will be able to adapt with us and eventually it would be nice to include a nanny in the morning routine as needed.
I begin work at 7am so leave the house between 6 and 6:30. My husband works very late shifts and often nights in the hospital and sometimes struggles with the school run.
