Looking for kind and caring person for our one year old daughter

My partner and I are moving to East Dead, I work from home and he is away during the day. We need someone reliable for our daughter and us given we both work full time. We live in the South Downs close to Eastbourne.
Our daughter is a very happy child, loves interaction and helping out and is very playful. We would like someone who is gentle and happy.
Ideally days will be Mon, Wed and Fri but happy to discuss.
