She's an active and curious little one, always reaching out to touch and explore new objects. she enjoys babbling and making adorable baby noises, showing signs of early communication skills. She has a gentle demeanor and easily bonds with caregivers. she thrives on routine and enjoys interactive playtime. Overall, she's a joy to be around and brings a lot of happiness to those caring for her.

** About the House / Suburb ** We live in a nicely renovated 3 bed 2.5 bath home in Holland Park West. Our home is incredibly well located; about 10mins drive to the city and 4 min walk to the Park West Bus Station. M childcare is about 7 mins drive away in Greenslopes. We have a large 9 x 5 magnesium pool with solar cover (beautiful in summer). We also have a decently sized backyard which is great for M and the dogs. ** The Au Pair’s Integration To Our Home ** We have decided that we would like an Au Pair to help out around the home (cooking, washing, other chores) and to help with M / the dogs. We have not had a babysitter or Au Pair before. 30-35 hours a week will be sufficient. It is likely that most of the time we will be around to help with M as well, but there will be times where the Au Pair is left alone with My and/or the dogs. There will also be assistance from mother and T mother so that will assist too. We would like the Au Pair to have had experience with caring for a toddler, babies and ideally dogs. The Au Pair should come with recommendations regarding their experience and have no criminal history. We would ideally like the Au Pair to be over 25, but open to considering someone over the age of 21. We would the Au Pair to integrate into our family and be apart of our lives. We have busy lives, so a level of flexibility will be required - but ultimately, we are happy for the Au Pair to take the car (or public transport) and travel around Brisbane / surrounding suburbs when not needed around the home. ** What We Can Offer ** We will provide the Au Pair with their own room, toilet, shared bathroom (with M) and meals / wifi. We are more than happy to discuss any additional items or money that the Au Pair needs to assist with finances. There may also be an opportunity for paid to work and experience in David’s business (as a cleaner or in administration or marketing) should the Au Pair be interested in discussing this. We are happy to pay pocket money of $250 - $350 a week, depending on how many hours are ultimately required per week. We are very much looking forward to hearing from some potential candidates.
