Hello I'm looking for someone to cover the hours for one of my girls who has to leave for personal reasons. Mum has quite advanced dementia and can be a handful at times but most of the time she's a sweetheart! She has forgotten how to walk and therefore requires hoisting so you would always be working with someone else. The job requires personal care for Mum, to get her up in the morning and put her to bed in the evening. At the moment I have the following hours available... Monday from 8 am to 9 am and 5 pm to 6 pm, Tuesday 5 pm to 6, Friday 8 am to 9, every other Sunday 8 am to 9 and every Sunday evening. Hopefully you May be able to cover when others are sick or on holiday. As I have a team of carers we may be able to be flexible with hours. You need to be reliable and caring. The pay is £9/hour with 5 weeks holiday pay per year.
