Experienced Nanny/Mother's Helper Required

I am looking for someone with reputable experience in childcare to look after my children and help with some domestic tasks.

I have 3 girls ages 5, 9 and 11.

I will require help for 3/4 days a week with gradual involvement and an increase in hours.

A driving license with business insurance (for transportation of my children) is essential for this job.

A brief list of tasks of what this job will require from you are: collecting the girls from school (some after school activities, also some time management must be a strong point), help with their homework, creating and facilitating entertaining activities, some preparing of meals and light housekeeping duties.

The applicant should have a flexible and open minded approach to discipline as the individual requirements vary. Using positive reinforcement and encouragement when dealing with structured routine and activities. Although, with regard to the natural development of the children's educational progress I expect the help to allow them the independence to explore their own perspectives and interests. Presently they are going to attend a school half away. The girls and I have positive experience in integrative child-led interest based home-education so if this circumstance arises again there may be a need for a re-evaluation in hours of support. I am an Art and Designer and have a great passionate love for creative sustainable and progressive pursuits. I need someone who can work alongside me with my children who will compliment our unique and individual approaches to life.

Start date is immediate, subject to a trial, and then a contractual agreement with a 3 month review.

Salary depending on applicant's experience/skills and whether Ofsted registered.
