Qualified in ​CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools with a clear DBS. I am an outgoing, enthusiastic and positive person to be around and enjoy bringing out the best in people. I have experience working 6 months in a nursery and 8 months in Reception and Year 1 in two different primary schools as a placement student. In these placements I conducted my own observations and activities and helped with all tasks. I am now a full-time Teaching Assistant in an independent primary school where I have gained another 2 years experience working with primary children aged 4-11. I enjoy being around people and I have a passion for supporting and helping others, and the feeling of satisfaction afterwards. This especially applies to working with children as I enjoy the rewarding challenge it brings. I also have key skills which include having good patience, having an approachable manner, being good at giving encouragement, having good communication skills and having creative ideas. Through my studies I also know how important it is to carry out the correct policies and procedures.
