Hi – We're an outgoing American family living in London EC1 (near Farringdon, Barbican and Angel tube stations) and we are looking for a live out nanny/caregiver for our happy, curious and feisty 5 month old son. Ideally we'd like someone from 3 - 5 days a week, Tuesday-Thursday approx. 8:30am to 5:30pm (can be discussed) starting soon. We are offering a competitive salary and provide a happy and friendly environment in which to work.

We're looking for someone who is warm, outgoing, punctual, happy, well organized, genuinely loves being around babies, talking/singing/playing with them and also helping them in their learning and development. Formal childcare qualifications are not essential, but an advantage. We live in a bright flat with plenty of room to play and many local activities and playgrounds within easy walking distance. Responsibilities include carrying our 18 lb baby in a carrier, navigating the busy London streets with his pram, going to daily activities/playgroups, organizing bottles and some solids for his meal and navigating rest and nap time (that's the challenging part), and tidying toys and dishes following his activities and mealtimes. Please note we have no pets and no household cleaning, laundry or ironing is required and you'll be able to relax while our son naps. My husband and I May also work from home occasionally, so we will be there and possibly join you during your activities.

Requirements: At least 3 years related experience with babies, CRB / DBS check, references, non-smoker and all around awesome person. Also a plus if you are OFSTED registered and paediatric first aid trained. Knowledge of a foreign language would be amazing, but not required.
