If you are interested then this is a more in depth description of what we are about and what I am looking for more specifically

I have three boy’s 9, 5 and 3. They are beautiful and very bouncy they seem to do stuff at 100 miles an hour! I have had my current au pair with me for 4 years. She originally came over as an au pair 4 years ago and then stayed on with us. I can’t replace her.. And so I won’t try. But what I hope I can do is identify where my weakness are. I am entering a new face in every way. I am moving to a new area from Scotland to Somerset as well as the boys have grown up a bit and are much more independent so I can probably look at a different life style. I seem to spend my entire life organising, cleaning putting laundry away, clearing up after breakfast, cooking, shopping, driving and I would like to spend more time with the boy’s as well as being more creative with my time or just attempt not to burn out.

So I really, really could do with some help. It would be wonderful to have someone who loves the hustle and bustle of family life and is super organised, that can take the load of me. I am thinking Mon-Fri for a couple of hours in the mornings, this can be extended and flexible. To be honest, I also would like someone to take the boys a few hours here and there, if you enjoy cooking we could expand but maybe this is 2 separate jobs. I am into being a bit open to what you have to offer as I believe if you do what you enjoy and are good at we both get the most out of each other.

I am living in rented accommodation but we are converting a barn into our dream home, so I am hoping you would come with us to the other side of Bruton. So also further down the line there will be opportunity for more hours as the build takes place and we move into a bigger house. Am into loyalty and putting the effort into get things right and building a good relationship in the hope for long term employment.

I should also add I need someone who is open minded and reliable, super organised who can deal with a rock’n’roll life style. We are young at heart and there is always lots going with us. So this is not for the faint hearted.
