I am a highly motivated, kind and caring individual, enjoys working with children I decided to pursue my career with children after doing some voluntary work experience and enjoying this role so much that I wanted to continue it as my career choice. I am able to work well under pressure to reach goals and or targets or deadlines. I have worked from the age of 17, and have since developed a liking for achieving goals. Working alongside colleagues and customers has helped me grow, by aiding me to become more outgoing and confident. I believe that I am more than capable of the skills required that will enable me to make a positive contribution to a teaching/childcare environment. I find working with children; an extremely rewarding job, and enjoy it thoroughly. I find it easy to communicate with children of all ages and to give them the time that they need to overcome any problems or issues that they may be having. I think that allowing children to communicate and express themselves is very important so I find being a good listener is a big part of my role with working with children.
